It says he wants 8m a fight but the fee per fight is 4m and if I do that I’ll lose a lot of money is there a way to keep this from happening

This is the beta I’m playing in right now I just want to know if there is a certain time I should resign or a way I ain’t gotta pay him that much I’m not even really making any profit from his fights
Sign longer contracts and don’t re neg until one fight is left. You will take shedloads of cash.
But if they lose that like their second to last fight won’t that ruin my relationship with them and make them not want to resign?
Losing a fight can do that but not necessarily if it’s a previously good relationship.
