I have world champions in my stable but I can’t sign other top fighters.

What’s the highest ranked fighter available?

You should be able to sign fighters with much better abilities but not necessarily having the pick of high ranked fighters. As ever in these situations a high ranked fighter has no reason to change their current manager. This will be much clearer once we show the AI manager.

I’ve got to say I find it far more rewarding if I sign someone at 0-0, or even really under say 5-0.

Developing them into a champ rather than just signing someone at the top of the roster helps keep the game enjoyable over long periods of time!
