Not sure how well it would work in game, but what about the option to have a few coaches in a larger sized gym?
Head coach, fitness coach, technical etc?
Might add a nice element as sometimes I feel like it’s very hit and miss with the trainer if you open up in an area and there isn’t one top head coach you’re a little bit stuffed, spreading it out would help with training plans too

Agreed.
We think we and have planned the first meaningful trainer/gym update in living memory. Not sure when it drops. We are currently debating our current policy of lots of small releases against storing a few features up for a big feature bump….
