Should it be transferable as managerial experience could be in order to increase a fighter’s Potential?

And do you mean you would be able to transfer your manager xp over to an individual boxer in order to attribute stat points quicker? If so at the expense of what?
They are acquired and not used. We have had various ideas but none breakthrough…
This was a thought to be able to exchange them for additional Potential for fighters for example if a fighter is in effect out of Potential and thus growth opportunities these would be exchangable for a kind of one time only “managerial inspirational” boost.
Yeah I like that idea then.
