It could be interesting if other fighters manager/your rivals in game had a personality that impacted contract negotiations etc. Also, if they had a bit of background, so you could know which fighter might be signed to whom, who the biggest manager/rival is, and try eclipse them? It would be nice to see something reflecting the player as the worlds best in game manager.
The other game world characters from managers to judges are going to start to gradually make their relative appearances:)
