Improved opponent selection in matchmaker screen.
Fixed vacate button not appearing on fighter screen.
Removed xp exploit.
Fixed some small bugs and UI glitches.
Fixed distribution of points decision more realistically.
Added jab, uppercut, hook, ring movement to fighter XP development options and training updates.
Improved generation routine for the newly added fighter attributes.
