When a fighter contract is up for negotiations you have the opportunity to negotiate with other managers for the fighter it’s the fighter’s choice to pick his manager that where the managerial relationship comes in or you have a better gym, better reputation, and trainer or you offering a better percentage you can also buy out a fighter for more money and pay the contract termination fee to the current agent

This will be cool when we expose the other ai managers. We aren’t sure when that will be but would be cool with this feature.
