For some reason, I can’t re-sign Heavyweight fighters that I turned pro from the amateur ranks despite them having a perfect relationship with me. The problem only happens with heavyweight fighters and happens consistently.
I noticed that in the contract negotiations page the current funds are marked as 0 despite having funds available.

This is ONLY for HW’s from the amateurs as well.
You have to get them to their desired ranking. So for instance. You turn a heavyweight pro. His initial contract would say he wants to be ranked 150 by time his contract is up for renewal. But he starts off ranked 700. You have to sign a guy who ranked closer to 150 to a different gym and make the two guys fight. Hopefully your young prospect wins and then wait for the rankings to be adjusted
