How does this work because I have a Hall of Fame candidate that is very worthy!?

Two HOF:ers get in every year (personally I think we should have at least four every year). It could take some years before your fighter gets in after he has retired.

Thanks for explaining it I just got my one fighter in who was a sure thing! It still took him a tell the second year as I thought he would get in his first year of eligibility but no even he took tell the second year!
