Just a thought I saw somebody mention adding in bits like paying to add a son etc like on FM. Excuse if this has been asked before but what about challenge style events? Ie take over a failing gym or can only sign unranked fighters etc

You’re on the right path with what’s coming up over the next few versions 
We will also have Game Center player to player challenges as well as something like what you describe as challenges/scenarios.

Online game with many players running their own gym against each other would be good.
Taking fighters from current stables and fighting them for stakes against other managers would be where we’d love to get fast. Proper prize fighting :)
