Can we sign contract or renegociate if we have negative fund in the game?
Or only sign and renegociate if positive funds ?

You can only renew a contract if you have funds, as there is always a signing on fee.

The only way I can think of to sign someone without paying is if one of your amateur turns pro, that’s considering you have enough influence pts. You’ll get 5 or 6 fight to build your funds up, it’s going to be long tho so not a quick fix.
