hi having a problem where new fighters im trying to sign for my gyms and theres no option to offer a contract

he was just a new possible signing for one of my gyms i could click the initial sign button but when taken to the contract screen it offers no option to sign him. thanks alot
but this is happening to everyone in my possible sign not just this guy, i can still offer my own fighters contracts though

This happens to me occasionally also. Usually with Heavyweights for some reason.
It says your current funds are 0? Is that part of the glitch or do you legitimately have no money?
