Fighting Tomato cans

It is important early on to look for easy fights. Check opponents records when making fights. Check total points and make sure you have way more than your opponent. Finally make sure your win percentage exceeds 60% if possible.
The first 10-15 fights should be the easiest possible.

If you see 2 opponents and you have 50 more points with a 70% chance to win, CHECK their records. There are hidden abilities in the game and the guy with a 2-12 record is the tomato can. The guy with the 12-2 record is not.

Money DOES NOT matter early on for fights. Trying for a slightly larger purse but fighting a more significantly tough fighter is NOT worth it. The big fight payoffs will come later. :moneybag:

Jab- This is such an important path to victory. If you are more skilled than your opponent don’t be afraid to start with this tactic. As long as you win rounds your energy bar will be okay. Jab gives you more punches to the face and protects your chin while lowering your power. This is helpful when betting too (improving the tko chances).
I usually start to the body as a strategy when skill is even or close. Jab is risky if you lose an early round or two. Always check with your corner man on skill and chin levels.
Pressure- This too is an important strategy and seems tied to aggression. The higher your aggression, the better this strategy. Again, spend a round or 2 trying to get ahead in energy (body strategy) before you commit to it.
