Please tell me how tf i can get my hired trainer to be assigned to my fighters.

When you get a trainer he is hired to your gym. So any training done by fighters in that gym will automatically be trained by him.
Thats what i assumed but my fighters say their is no trainer assigned.

Same problem with me i hoping to see if its a bug or if its just the game i also dont see progress for training each week i dont know if its just the fights that gain xp
