Fixed issue where fights offered by champions were not being registered as title fights. Thus wins did not result in player controller champion becoming champion.
Improved title fight UX for fights offered by champions to player-controlled fighters and for any subsequent title defences.
Fixed issue whereby a decaying relationship with another promotion could cause crash on weekly update.
