Fixed critical residual bug affecting title status of fights involving player-controller fighters, resulting in them then not becoming champions on winning.
Fixed promotion update spamming if a manager had multiple fighters at the same promotion. Lack of opponent messages now appear approximately monthly in this situation.
Improved the situation whereby fighters were not found opponents for a long time at promotions due to lengthy cooldown periods in some instances, as well as fewer free agents being used for the opponent pool in times where no rostered opponents were available through scheduling or cooldowns.
Fixed the issue of same-week fight offers/bookings.
