I think it would be cool to add a press conference system, making it pretty simple just a text that appears after a certain amount of weeks in big fights with opinions from ur own fighter and the other fighter (for example your fighter could call a knockout in a certain round etc.)

Make a poll for it so we can vote! I love the idea
We are doing this as part of our fight show/promoter module aka “a very hard piece of work”.
But please do add this to the Feature Request category so that Forum users can vote on it.
As we have just demonstrated with the fifth title/Magazine title, if it gets to the top of this list we feel compelled to add the feature
