Promotion headquarters and rankings

Is it possible to make an option to change the headquarters of the boxing promotion?

Also, why are the rankings only available for the top 20 fighters of each division, and also fighters now cannot fight anyone they want in the roster as it once was before the major update. Could this return as it was?

We have a rankings update due out once our/my self-created bug shitshow is over.

We have a build with apple and I hope to have another with some rankings enhancements and updates later this week.
