If you hire a trainer who is a young age, does his stats grow over time or are they already maxed out?
I think that they are stagnant, but honestly I don’t know. Being able to develop coaches would be a pretty cool feature. Hiring younger guys with potential to grow with your young fighters at the start of the game would be fun I think.

They are at present static.
We will address this when we finally switch on trainer retirement and (maybe) death.
