So firstly I’ve been playing this game on & off for four years now and for the most part I like it. Apart from completely unrealistic first round KO’s where your fighter is a favourite in every aspect but is somehow put facedown in round one it’s a great game….but hey that’s another point for another day.
But we need rematch clauses. I’ve seen this be brought up time and time again and it’s constantly being mentioned as something that’s coming soon…..then silence.
My guy….12-0 in title fights. Gets knocked out in the first round…….realistically I highly doubt he’d have to fight his way back up the rankings for 5-10 fights. He’d probably have one fight or go straight back into the rematch.
That’s fair enough.
I am currently working on the title update.
It is a total rewrite of our title code so not something I’ve doing other than through grinding and testing….
It will allow mandatories and voluntary titles to be made, lower class belts and a whole host of new things. Rematches are in there as are many other things. I’m hoping but by no means guaranteeing that it will be done before end of year but these things now take much longer than they used to test and make work. This ones in particular is at the heart of our original game code.
It will be good when it’s done and will deal with the scenario you have above which by current logic he would just go straight back in I’d assume rather than miss one more. Anyway, this is the next big update.
