I was wonder if anyone else is having issues trying to get fighters to retire I have like 4 fighters that are 45+yrs old and up and do not want to retire at all and there ring wear is high also wondering if there are any tips or tricks to get them to retire or wondering if the retirements need to be updated.
They need to have a good relationship with you to even consider it, so give them a winning streak. A few easy fights and they should want to retire.
Also, no champions as far as as I know will consider retiring. They need to have lost their title. I hope this is something that will be updated in future versions though. There is still no one willing to retire undefeated and on top.
