Hi guys, just wanted to ask about everyone’s training schedule for fighters…does anyone overtrain leading to a fight let’s say 120%? And then ease it a couple of weeks before the fight? If so how does it affect the fighter?
I thought if it went over 100% it wasn’t allowed, I’ve never tried to save a training schedule over 100%. So I can’t answer that but very interesting
