Sorry if this has been asked already. Will it make much difference changing the training? Or will the trainer do this part ?
I think it’s best to keep the training as-is for most fighters. You run the risk of regressing by dropping the amount of training time below what they set automatically.
For fight camp, don’t go above 105% for their training. Anywhere from 100-105 is the sweet spot. Try to keep the three facets of camp training as equal as possible, unless there is a temporary stat boost you’re looking for. Keep each facet of training (meaning boxing, strength, and conditioning) at least 29% of the overall training load. Anything less will have your fighter experience some temporary regression for their fight.
