Update issues and improvements

Can’t see our fighters ages anymore

Also can we have the option to host fights in boxings most known venues around the world instead of just in our HQ country.

When fighters reach a certain age (33+) we should always have the option to retire them, instead it’s only if we have a good relationship with them and when they are ready.

Also a coming out of retirement option would be fun if it was an ex undisputed multi division champion going up against the current undisputed champion

Thanks for the mail.

Have you updated to the latest version.

We totally understand the retirement issue.

As ever we are balancing the realism of the game world with what manager want to do as opposed to what they can do. Few managers if any have succeeded in “persuading” their unbeaten world champ to simply hang up their gloves. Not least on age in years (as opposed to fights). Years aren’t by itself a detailed enough factor and 33 is young at many weights. Fights and who you fought and when you fought them and how a fighter looks after themselves are far more significant imo.

We are exploring a lot of this stuff as we build out the career mode.

But retirements in general we are looking at as we see the comments just want to a realistic method of implementing “manager’s wishes” in this area.

honestly the retirement system has been good for me i was able to have my undefeated fighter retire at 37-0-1 at only 33 years old theres only been one occasion where my fighter would not retire unfortunately the save got deleted by accident before i could finish his career

Yes like I had a fighter who reached 62-1 before he said he wanted retire, his loss was the second last fight and I preferably wanted to retire him undefeated and a champion, “managers wishes” icon should be available especially if it shows your fighter has taken high damage throughout his career, also I bear in mind that my ex fighters can become good trainers also

We get that but why would fighters listen if there’s one more payday…

We will explore these dilemmas and more in career mode
