Hey I’ve asked a couple times and I know you don’t like giving release dates as it puts pressure on but I am curious will it release this year? I’ve been playing boxing manager for nearly 2 years and throughly enjoyed the game. The only problem for me is I feel like I’ve achieved everything I can in the game. As a huge fan of mma I feel like it can provide a lot to a game like this. Especially as the rankings would work very differently baring in mind a lot of mma is different organisations eg ufc, cage warriors, rizin, bellator and many more.

At present we are just testing and the game is focused around new fighters generation and a brand new fight engine (which I’m quite proud of ;))
The game world is still for moment the boxing style as opposed to the non-Ali Act MMA world. We will test the game first with the fighters and fight engine before offering both boxing style (which is fun) and a more realistic MMA model. To be fair how long the current MMA setup holds will be interesting to see and I’m ready to simulate the big changes that are clearly coming to that sport.
It’s not really so different anyway. Just fewer bigger promotions that have their own rankings and titles. In truth players won’t really want exactly that as they won’t be making fights or really having any agency as that it down to the ai Dana White’s of the game and not a manager per se. Assuming youre just managing and not running shows in which we will have the option for your own belts and rankings just like DW.

That’s why I came here to see, but in the discord they don’t have that mma channel It seems like they might not be working on it, I hope they are, but I don’t like the ranking thing where they are ranked in different leagues it should be based of UFC and they are only in that league or Maby allowed in another
